Pros

There is nothing to say about the pros here.

Cons

1. There is nothing to say about salary, they will pay when they wants. 2. The most rubbish here is the Managing Director (MD). He thinks of himself as Bill Gates. He does not have any qualifications to become an MD. 3. Here management and MD do not consider employees as employees. They consider the employees to be their own bought slaves. 4. They wants employee work day and night time. They have no time when it comes time to pay salary. 5. There is nothing to say about promotion here. It seems more like a politics center than a company. 6. 1/2 month goes by but there is no news of salary payment. They only want commitment from the employee, but there is no commitment from them. 7. If something happens here, they will blackmail the employee, cut the salary for 1 or 2 months, not pay the salary. And sometimes they don't even give 1/2 month salary of the employee. 8. There is nothing to say about HR here. There are two HR people here. No one deserves to be HR. They may not know exactly what the job of HR is. 9.There is no common sense of managing director. 10.Not recommended for any developers who don't want to make their daily life as hell.

Pros

There isn't anything to mention.

Cons

Compensation is significantly below market standards and does not reflect workload or responsibilities. Work environment is largely unsupportive, with minimal collaboration and limited guidance from leadership. Management practices are inefficient and often lack professionalism, leading to poor project execution. Leadership culture appears overly hierarchical, where independent thinking and constructive feedback are not encouraged. Project management lacks accountability and often prioritizes pleasing upper management over practical outcomes. There is no clear long-term vision, resulting in uncertainty around career growth and company direction. Salary disbursement delays have been a recurring issue, creating financial stress for employees.
