      There is an amazing life-working culture under IBD . The employees have been successful in delivering an excess profitable out-come to the company as well as boost its revenue

      There is a lack of collaboration within the organisation . Working hours are too much and make the people have to work under pressure .

      Pros

      The people I worked with were super helpful to understand the business and were amazing to work with. Wonderful group of people and super hardworking. This company will be very successful!

      Cons

      The sales start as all calls. It moved to more in person kinds of sales to contractors but it was a tough learning curve at first to do calls.

      Pros

      Working from home allows you to have a family life.

      Cons

      Terrible company to work for. I was told lies on a daily basis, never paid on time, unorganized management inconsistent with assignments. I would have to start another assignment without before one was complete. I would not recommend anyone to work for such a unstable company who rips off their customers and employees.
