Pros
Being able to sit while doing your work but also being encouraged to stand or walk around to stretch. For an entry-level job, the pay is quite high.
Cons
Military-grade attention to time spent on each call, hold times, time idle between calls, and number of times calls get escalated to 2nd tier. Attendance is so strict that being sick for even a day gets a corrective action, and PTO requests also result in points being taken off. If you are really ill and need to be out for more than a single day can get you fired, doctor's excuse or not. Turnover is extremely high. Only those who have fought through long enough to get to be in management stay around long enough to get to know. Everyone else... well, just don't expect to keep many friends there.
