      Tight-knit group and all managers and executives are easily accessible by all members of the organization. You frequently get to attend interesting events with prominent government leaders.

      Cons

      As an intern, a large portion of the work involves taking notes at events, typing them up and sending them to the regular employees.

      - Sometimes you just get a small portion of the project you are working on and you don't get to see the big picture - You have to ask if you want to be trained on a particular issue - Unpaid
