You can make a lot of money if you have no skills and a gift of gab.
Cons
Upper management doesn't listen at all. No one is managing anyone. Having to find your own work within an archaic 400k person place is a bit daunting. No ownership or constructive criticism. Everything is run by the salespeople with no regard for anyone who is not directly involved in getting their contract signed.
