Management is the worst. The most toxic working environment. People will try to bring you down if you’re not on their side. They do not listen to any suggestion. Even if they did, they’d take credit for it. If you really want to work here, you have to have the skill to kipas your boss at it’s best. Forced to do UNPAID OT JUST BCOS THE OTHERS ARE WILLING TO? TL CANT GO BACK UNLESS THEIR TEAM MEMBERS HAS GONE BACK, WHAT ARE THEY?- ARE THEY 5 YEARS OLD? LAST MINUTE MEETING AT END OF SHIFT, SOMETIMES DRAG TO 7PM-ISH. NO COMMON SENSE. DONT WORK HERE.
