I have worked here for more than 3 years 1. Well defined HR policies and benefits. 2. Well defined IT as well as non-IT support. 3. Leaves are plenty and of 3 types - Casual (19), Earned(12) and Sick(10). 4. Exam leaves available for eligible candidates. 5. Technical growth as well as career growth is highly entertained. 6. Yearly hike is decent. 7. Small perks/awards are provided to boost employee morale. 8. Employee involving activities throughout the year. 9. Salary Tax redemption options are available. 10. OP and IP bills are both reimbursable with tie-ups with top hospitals in Trivandrum/Kochi 11. Onsite opportunity is guaranteed for Cargo and Aviation projects for testing team 12. Regular in-house Technical/Non-technical trainings.
Cons
1. Tight work schedule as work is allocated on 100% of in-time. Relaxation time is scarce or least. 2. Participating in Organizational events is on your own risk with very less support from Management 3. Onsite opportunity is less for testing team in Oil and Gas and Hospitality accounts 4. Involvement of Licensed tools for automation/performance is least encouraged. 5. IJP process will be entirely in the hands of your senior management. Cross-functional IJP is least entertained. 6. Onsites are mostly short duration therefore not much in savings. 7. Salary could be more competitive based on industrial standards. 8. Agile or Scrum is not fully incorporated. 9. Micro-management in certain product teams
