Pros
1. Has good job security. 2. Managers don't pressure you or blame you even when u mess up.
Cons
Salary is too low for freshers and hike is also low or non existant. Even after 2 years there was only a 4% increase on an already low salary. When considering the amount of effort you put in it is not worth it.
