Working for this company is setting yourself up for failure. They will tell you everything you want to hear in your interview, but they will rescind most offerings once you are onboard. They get away with this because the staff doesn't have it in them to "fight" anymore since it is always a losing battle. Additionally, the management is constantly changing so promises made by one Director might not be adhered to by the next. The pay is competitive enough for industry standards, but it isn't high enough to have employees treated the way they are or to deal with the chaos of an ever-changing management and procedures. If you want to work at a sloppy company with no long-term commitment goals/future, this is the company for you. If, however, you are invested in your career, this is the place to stay away from. Also, there is not complimentary covered parking available, if you want a spot in the garage, the rent is at least $75/month.
