Over the past year, IC Axon has successfully implemented its new Management structure with great success. The functional managers work collaboratively to run the business and make the necessary improvement to manage with our fast paced, changing industry. To this end, we offer more training and more opportunities for advancement to our employees. It also means that employees have the chance to be better groomed as they prepare to go to the next level in the workplace. Overall results include: - Reduced turnover - Career advancement opportunities for qualified candidates - Increased Employee engagement - Improved benefits and compensation. In many cases the compensation is at market or above market and enhanced Employee Assistance Program - Employees and managers are accountable for their roles and the changes that come with it. The pace and the requirements in our industry don’t change and flexibility is a requirement of the position. However, the collaboration and communication among the managers the professional discussions among the employees and their immediate managers is solid. The discussions around vacations, preparing work assignments are aligned with taking into consideration many factors including the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities. Open conversations take place during the hiring process and as the employee evolves in the organization. This permits an employee to make an informed decision on the best direction for each employee to for his/her career at IC Axon.
