IC Group Response
10y
As the writer indicates, they spent less than 12 months with us. Unfortunately what they most likely experienced was only a small snapshot of our cycles. We have several long term employees, and repeat employees. So, we must be doing something right!

Pros
Good benefits and opportunities for growth
Cons
often disconnected from head office and company culture
The office manager, Lori, was great to work with — very supportive and approachable.
Nice office perks, including snacks and regular team-building activities.
Enjoyable Friday after-work gatherings that helped build team spirit.
A good place to start as a newcomer to the Canadian work environment
Cons
The management lacked a clear roadmap and consistent direction.
There were no structured management or leadership practices in place.
At times, managers were unsure what tasks to assign, leading to confusion or downtime.
Limited opportunities for professional development or career growth.
The work was mostly operational, with little room for creativity or strategic input.
Employees were required to justify every sick day or vacation request, which felt overly controlling.
