      targets are not clear, strategy not specified- they don't let you call corporates already or semi contacted, therefore you don't make sales- you are fired in a click

      1. Very hierarchical 2. Job insecurity 3. Not much scope for innovative ways of working 4. Very limited areas for career progression 5. Very sales and target oriented 6. Culture is very siloed
