Their reviews and attrition rate speaks for itself. The managers are bullies and only try to pull you down by making you feel stupid and passing rude comments all the time. Their main purpose of employing people is just to exploit and treat them badly. People who have no HR knowledge/experience are sadly managing the teams. There is no such thing as confidentiality in this company. The pay is extremely low - close to minimum wage, they make you work extra hours, and won't even let you have your time back. They talk about 4 day week but take ages to give employees permission for that. Sometimes, people don't get it despite passing their probation. There's no opportunities for career growth and progression. I personally hated going to work everyday because working with the managers from the company is extremely difficult. You don't want to wake up everyday with the fear of getting bullied and treated so disrespectfully.
