Raises at less than inflation - Senior Data Engineer ICF Employee Review

Raises are based on performance reviews. Last year I got 5/5 on my review, but my raise was less than the year's rate of inflation in the US, which was therefore an effective pay decrease. That is not a good way to treat employees, especially when they are rated 5/5.
