Pros
The IT company I was working for was acquired by ICF a couple years ago. Happy to say we still feel like the small business in terms of culture but with the perks of an enormous company — mentorship resources, opportunities to learn and try something new on another contract.
Cons
Sometimes it’s so big it can feel easy to get lost. But they are equipped with trainings galore for navigating your way around. Just have to find the time and the right person to check with.
