      Pros

      Nearly impossible to get fired if you work as an Intramuros inside the European commission's office and the the DG likes you! Good balance between work and private life. Good opportunity to work for the Public Insititution without having to go through the EPSO test.

      Cons

      Intramuros are easy money for ICF Mostra. they don't really care about you as an employee. No possibility of career advancement. Salary is low.

      Pros

      People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
