      Pros

      Great atmosphere, friendly staff, awesome team events. Good management, organised and clear career ladder. Office is in convenient location, decent food options nearby.

      Cons

      Quite corporate in certain regards, which might not be to everyone's taste. Used to be fairly high turnover, though that might have changed since I left. Usually the company is good at retaining good staff.

      People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
