Pros

If you want to work in the government sector, especially the Washington, DC, area, ICF has a decent footprint. They are very enthusiastic about PMP credentials, and will work with employees at the corporate location to acheive that designation. For people who like to manage by spreadsheet, ICF is probably a good place to work.

Cons

Although they have aspirations of being a "Big" consulting firm when they grow up, they are an overglorified body shop. They don't brand or market well, are average at best at client relations, and are spotty and inconsistent on execution and delivery.

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
