Great people and a diverse and friendly environment - Manager ICF Employee Review

Great mix of people, particularly when in office there are lots of different people from all sorts of disciplines. People are generally very friendly/social. Work is varied and interesting, good work life balance and opportunities to travel (when restrictions lift). Doing a lot of work on Climate and Sustainability which although I’m not directly involved with is nice to see. Good L&D and mentoring programmes available.
