Pros
All around offices had a great company culture, you get to do fulfilling work, great work life balance, and team efforts on everything so you are not working alone.
Cons
Very little promotion room, as a consulting firm with so many different specialties you get lost in a crowd and it's confusing to remember every area they serve.
