Pros
If you're young and starting out your career, this is a great place to work. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, plus office space is lovely, nice holiday parties and good compensation.
Cons
You can start to feel like a commodity. Overemphasis on billability and the bottom line. For the most part, upper middle management is poorly trained, and people are very stressed out.
