A good place to start - Analyst ICF Employee Review

There is very little direction and support from management in my experience, although from talking with other people within the company I know it varies greatly depending on your team. Being billable at all times is draining, and professional development and education suffers as a result. The company sometimes seems to be too profit-driven, to the point of losing site of keeping employees happy. I think burn-out is pretty common in some parts of the company.
