Pros
The potential for growth is made very clear even from your first performance review. Very diverse group of colleagues with impressive experience. There are a lot of opportunities to learn from professionals with 20+ years in their field. Ability to negotiate flexible schedule, if needed.
Cons
Depending on your division, there is not much flexibility to acquire new projects. This can leave you feeling 'stuck' in a repetitive project if you are not invested. Little understanding of ICF's total contribution and what other divisions are working on. Some employees take advantage of a flexible work from home policy, which leaves the office feeling lonely at times. Expect to work overtime.
