Pros
The company works in interesting in good projects and has a good education prgram. The company has a collaborative environment. Most of the supervisors and colleagues are helpful.
Cons
The promotion and pay raise after year end reviews is arbitrary and not clear. Most of the junior level staff is underpaid and do not get adequate bonus. The company does not have a good program to reward good performance.
