Pros
ICF international has plenty of talented and passionate individuals working on "greater good" type problems for companies, non-profits and governments. The work is fairly interesting, the work-life balance is solid and I find that I'm allowed to manage my day as I like with very little structure.
Cons
Cheap company! Cost of living adjustments are called merit increases, meaning good performance for the year will net you a 2.5% raise. On top of that, performance reviews and promotions are not very clear.
