      Work life balance is great! Hours are very flexible. Telework opportunities available based on project manager & need.

      Cons

      Managers can BS about promotion opportunities. Moral is very low & people are leaving as soon as they get a chance.

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
