ICF offers a great foundation from which to start your career. They’re geared towards giving new grabs exposure across numerous areas and managers are typically responsive to feedback if you want to pivot or go deeper into a specialty or certain client. So you really get to lead what you like or dislike out of the work and prioritize work you enjoy.
Cons
Pay is not competitive. Teams lack a collaborative spirit as the work is very independent and most people work remote.
