Poor worklife balance. Connectivity is expected 24/7, work during holidays, work during sick leave, coming to work even when not feeling well. Very poor salary 35+ grade levels have all best compensation with offices and their own parties. They don't mingle team members below this level. 34 and below grades are treated like trash. Like the French prior to the revolution. 6 months probation, 3 months notice period for all employees Only trainees get attention. Mid level hires are treated like trash and get all the donkey work whereas trainees get all the projects. They deliver substandard projects and get recognition. When you exit, do not expect settlement dues before 6 months. Only 35+ grade that special treatment. Horrible location. Be prepared for major repairs to vehicle during rain season
