Business outlook
Pros
-In a year you can gain valuable experience working with government clients to move on to a better established company -Basic benefits e.g. 401k, medical, dental, etc.
Cons
-Does not invest into employees which is reflected by an exceptionally poor retainment rate; particularly with young professionals -Non-competitive wages; increase in job load/duties does not result in increased pay despite major accomplishments; no room for salary negotiation -Management structure is incredibly poor (of course there are individuals who are exceptions to this) but overall there is very little to no guidance nor mentorship programs -Company has the right to let go of employees at will with no explanation
