      Pros

      There are really no pros to this job beside a paycheck which isn't that great and decent benefits. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Inept management. They are clueless on how to run a business. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Miracle the business is still running. Culture is terrible. Workers hate coming into work.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      I don't have anything negative to say. It was a good experience.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
