      Pros

      I've worked at ICM for a few summers now and it's a great place. The people are all extremely welcoming and helpful. The working environment is very nice and the office facilities are very clean.

      I haven't had any bad experiences while working at ICM

      Pros

      Working @ corporate site looks like fun - open communication and many new contracts. OK Benefits. Small Company Culture.

      Cons

      No raises, performance reviews, promotions. Turnover - ICM outsources jobs too. Low pay - they don't stay. 2 wk vacation only.

      Pros

      Products and services are good and many of the employees are positive and hard working, despite the negativity.

      Cons

      The owner is negative and acts as if he enjoys berating his employees. Employees are not always paid regularly and hostility is an understatement.
