The new corporate headquarters is very professional. Many employees in production are hard workers. The scanning services are second to none!
Cons
The executive turnover is due 100% to the bad management style of the Exec.. There is absolutely no focus, the priorities change with the one person's moods, and employees are constantly in fear of being attacked or retribution for complaining to management or worse, the HR department that condones and ignores any bad behavior from the owner. There are more Labor department violations than could be handled by the AZ DOL. They do not pay their employees when the Executive team is behind on sales quotas, which happens every few quarters. The exec team will encourage misrepresenting the accounting books in order to secure loans of the AZ Bank or financiers. They depend completely on Honeywell for their business which they have kept because of excellent account management internally. Nothing more. Eventually, their luck will run out. Hopefully not hurt more innocent employees.
