Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

All employees are micromanaged to a point that despite having different job titles, everyone does the same job. The CEO only has money to invest, but no idea that he is dragging the company down due to his inability to manage anyone or to have a clear vision of the business. Zero sales, but million dollar goals have been set. Pointless meetings all the time, that get stopped and avoided when pertinent questions are asked due to the management inability to run any business. Employee productivity is extremely low, partly because no one knows what they are doing.

Pros

I love working at ICN Group. There's great teamwork, pretty good office environment, awesome location in the heart of K-town, and most importantly management gives you freedom and autonomy as long as you get results. Helping students develop professionally, have life-changing experiences, and achieve their dreams is a pretty great bonus too. The ability to meet passionate students from all over the world and to help them grow is simply awesome.

Cons

ICN Group is an international company with a decent amount of Korean employees including a Korean CEO. However, the review before me was pretty harsh and pretty offensive. Our Korean co-workers are fluent in English and the CEO always has a translator to help him communicate. While some things tend to get lost in translation, the ICN Group office culture is a mix between a South Korean and American work culture and that can be a pro or a con depending on you. I'd advise prospective employees to do their research and figure out whether ICN Group's office culture is a good fit for you. I would appreciate it if the company was able to offer benefits for their employees. Unlike the other review, we do get vacation days and our office hours are 8:30 to 5:30. I don't know how that's slave labor..
