Pros
Only one team has a good supervisor, if you are able to get into that team, you're really lucky.
Cons
Unlimited OT as they don't have enough money to hire people. So the higher rank you go, the more OT you will be asked. Normally You need to OT until 10pm everyday and 2-4 times a month you need to go back to the company during weekends. Very low salary. No extra money for OT.
