      The atmosphere is awesome, the work is awesome, and the people you work with are equally awesome. There are a lot of great and exciting projects always coming through.

      Cons

      Time off is very limited, you must be there 5 years before earning two weeks of PTO.

      Great environment. Team based. Plenty of room for growth. Great benefits. If you are a team player, you can do very well.

      Cons

      You have to work with a sense of urgency or prepare to get called out. Company is growing so communication can improve.
