      Pros

      Good for non-czech speakers, your English doesn't have to be perfect either. you'll find great colleague, multi cultural company, multisport card, fruits... in my point of view it if a nice first job to get an intensive training on sales or customer services

      Cons

      Unfortunatly there are too few possibility to evolve in Icon, salary is basic and the office is too noisy. a lot of turn over.

      Pros

      Nice team, good atmosphere, multicultural, active, open-minded and modern company, pleasant office but also practical to work from home.

      Cons

      I am living far from Prague, can be problematic for me after the pandemic if the management decide to go back to work into the office in Prague.....

      - Great team to work with - Good career progression and mentoring - Very multi-cultural company

      Cons

      - Benefits package should be tailored to home office needs and improved - Better compensation package
