      It's a decent place to start your career in business if you do not have previous experience. Hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to other companies and the heavy workload. Micromanagement and toxicity over achieving KPIs.

      Pros

      Nice team, good atmosphere, multicultural, active, open-minded and modern company, pleasant office but also practical to work from home.

      Cons

      I am living far from Prague, can be problematic for me after the pandemic if the management decide to go back to work into the office in Prague.....
