      Don’t value former employees and will do everything to stop you from growing, it doesn’t matter if you have more responsibilities than your original scope or if you have amazing performance reviews unfortunately

      Lots of room to grow inside the company, cool projects, not a lot of OverTime

      Cons

      Salaries tend to be on the lower end compared to other studios, specially if you don’t negotiate.

      -Salary need to upgrade to compete with inflation and living cost in BC -Direct deposit will be great instead of cheque
