IMI has lots of friendly people that are willing to help as needed; benefits are good; the cubicles are as comfortable as they can be; supervisor feedback is common.

The Project Assistant position is probably the most boring job I've ever had. It's great for a recent graduate that needs to learn the 9-5 lifestyle and office politics or someone counting down to retirement, but for someone creative and/or with a few years of professional experience, it is not an ideal role. Management is enthusiastic about helping cultivate managers, but there's really only one career path within IMI, and if you're not interested, it seems like a waste of time.
