Pros

The only pro that ICONMA has is that they have a great dress code.

Cons

They're an awful company to work for. You will only survive if you have experience as a technical recruiter outside of Iconma. They don't have a proper Applicant tracking system, and they rip recruiters off in regards to commission. If you go on LinkedIn you can see how many recruiters left after 6 months. They are not flexible and management is terrible. I would advise anyone to stay aware from this company. They also make fake reviews on this site as well. Don't fall for it.

Pros

I’ve had a good experience working with ICONMA, particularly in terms of the support provided to consultants working with large clients like Capital One. The team is responsive, approachable, and helpful when it comes to onboarding, immigration processes, and ongoing coordination. Salary is processed on time, and there is a reasonable level of transparency in communication. I also appreciate the exposure to enterprise-level projects and the opportunity to work with well-known clients. The team is supportive of professional growth and encourages upskilling.

Cons

Like many consulting/vendor-based models, there can be opportunities to further improve alignment between compensation and market benchmarks, especially for experienced consultants working long-term on critical projects.
