      Lots of opportunity to shape your role, exciting clients, good bonuses, great team depending on who you work for

      Terrible salary raises and as you move up salary does not reflect your commitment and work, doesn't care if your manager is terrible so long as they bring in new business then dump accounts on the rest of their team
