Good learning initially in career. Exposure to industry.
Cons
Pathetic performance appraisal. Hard workers not incentivised as promotion and bonus linked to date of joining. Bonus keeps reducing for each batch of new joiners and previous bonus becomes base for hike next year. Management always in cash crunch for employee expenses.
