Pros
1. Freedom of work, not much interference from Top Management. 2. Responsibility, hardly anyone will provide a team to MBA Grad. 3. Learning, the learning is huge if you have the appetite for it. 4. Work life balance is good and one can seek a long haul in the company.
Cons
1. Process and system is outdated. 2. Doesn't really give you a sense of being an MNC. 3. Discrimination between execution and relationship team. 4. Lack of HR system.
