Cons
1.Numbers and Targets will always be questioned.Ground level issues will always remain unanswered. 2.Your next few years of growth(atleast) lies in the hands of one(or)two persons maximum(First impressions and politics speak louder than performance). 3.As a travelling BD there are more chances of even a fair travel bill claim getting rejected.It will always be directly proportional to your performance.One cannot spend much from his pocket for the company and end up struggling with the bills. 4.A very conventional policy of settling claims thru cheques.You'll have to wait atleast a month to realize the money.Its hard to balance the expenses in the lead time! 5.Clear partiality towards BD irrespective of hierarchy during appraisals and year on year bonus. 6.Not a great place to Earn!!!(No month on month incentive policy!) 7.Team meetings happen just to delegate works and finalize targets(way too professional!).Would be good if something happens in a much relaxed environment outside the office.(Thought sharing could be made more efficient!). 8.My Manager never smiles!!! (Sorry to say this..It sadly happened/happens only in Chennai).Sir people expect a lot more cheerfulness in you.Also sometimes your words were too immature.We cannot ignore them just because they were spoken on jovial environments.
