      - Offers exciting opportunities to work for betterment of farmers in some of the poorest regions of the world - Competitive pay package - Amazing natural environment at/around the work space

      - Complicated hierarchies - Very bad HR and Financial Management - No transparency in career growth, hikes - Financially unstable - Researchers are always grappling with fund-raising and decreasing emphasis on quality science
