Horrible work life balance - you are expected to work overtime without any compensation You have to respect flexible working hours which can only be changed in favor of the company -> overtime Founder of the company can insult you in front of clients and your manager will react to this as if it's normal or personal or you are overracting Clients can call you 4 a.m. in the morning and your manager do not react in order to protect you even though you ask numerous times No justice in salaries whatsoever. Consultant that can barely write an sql statement can make much more than you only because he/she is older.
