Below mediocre place to work - Senior Software Engineer ICT Group Employee Review

Salary raises are not that transparent and fair. Even workers who are not actively involved with a client project can have more than who works with clients for years. Low salary compared to the market, Hard to change clients\projects. No compensation for travel costs (sneaky excuses). If you are Dutch you have right to burnout but otherwise you should work whatever the reason. If no client found to fit you in; you basically mobbed to resign after a while.
