- I would love to see a hefty compensation for all, and I must say its achievable
- I would love to see more motivated individuals
- I would really appreciate if we have quarterly employee recognition programs
- Also I would appreciate if we have employee rotation program, honestly it will engender a lot of learning among individual and we indeed have lot of hungry minds to feed
