Pros
ICW Group employees have returned to the office a few days a week, and our days have been filled with fun activities these first 2 weeks that have really enhanced the employee experience. We have had lots of food and plenty of time to reconnect with colleagues. ICW Group has shown their appreciation and how much they have missed all of us over the last 15 months.
Cons
Returning to the office is tough after spending more than a year at home with family and pets. I would prefer to continue working from home, but I definitely see the value of being in the office connecting with co-workers. I am hoping for continued flexibility in a hybrid work environment going forward.
