Pros

The people I work with.

As the company got bigger the examiner level EEs lost their voice. We used to have input, now there are too many levels of management. If you work at a branch you have very little chance for promotion, virtually no voice, and do not seem to be as valued as you would be if you worked in San Diego. During the WFH time we were given praise about how everything was going so well, a smooth transition, goals bring met, etc. Then when restrictions lift - back to the office and you have to earn your WFH days. For bereavement leave they only give three days - even for a parent or spouse.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with ICW Group. We agree, our people are great to work with! Did you know that even prior to the pandemic over 25% of our workforce worked remotely? We also currently offer most Team Members a hybrid work schedule. In addition to offering three paid days for bereavement, we also provide our Team Members with PTO and the ability to request a personal leave of absence if needed. Pros

1. Management is invested in professional development and are focused on growth opportunities within the company. 2. Case load is manageable and allows for a reasonable work/life balance. 3. Compensation in terms of salary, paid time off, insurance, etc. is very fair.

Pros

Triage department does some of the initial contacts.

Cons

Management is going in the wrong direction. New changes and processes with added work while taking tools away to help you do your work. The changes and processes are meant to cut costs to help the company expand while overworking the adjusters which negatively impacts claims handling and services provided to customers.
